Healthy snack ideas from our latest segment on Colorado’s Best!

We were thrilled to be featured on Colorado’s Best, sharing‪ ‎healthy snacks‬ to keep those ‪‎new years resolutions‬ intact! This gave us an opportunity to show off our new delicious flavors that just launched at select Whole Foods Market and Kroger stores!

Here are the recipes:

White Chocolate Cashew Butter Stuffed Strawberries
Kalot Superfood Cashew Butter with White Chocolate, Strawberries & Chia Seeds

Scoop the top of the strawberry off with a melon baller
Stuff the strawberry with the cashew butter

Chocolate Cashew Truffles
Kalot Superfood Cashew Butter with Chocolate Chips & Chia Seeds
Coconut oil
Cinnamon (optional)
Chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Sea salt (optional)

Put a little coconut oil in your hands and roll the cashew butter into bite size balls
Roll in topping of your choice

Healthy Hot Chocolate
2 tablespoons of Kalot Superfood Almond Butter with Dark Chocolate & Coconut
1 teaspoon of cocoa
Coconut milk

Blend all of the ingredients together, adding water to your desired consistency
Warm in a pot

No Bake Apple Cinnamon Sunbutter Cookies
3 tbsp Kalot Superfood Sunflower Seed butter with Apples & Cinnamon
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried apples
1/4 cup dried oats
pinch of salt
1/4 cup water

Pulse the first 5 ingredients adding the water slowly until the ingredients get sticky, add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for another minute.
Form the cookie shape with your hands. Lay cookies on parchment paper and refrigerate for up to a week.
