2 frozen banana
4 tablespoons of Kalot Superfood Fruit & Almond Butter with cherry vanilla almond
1 TB Coconut oil
1 TB of vanilla
Dash of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea salt
*Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender & enjoy
Chocolate Coconut Watermelon Bowl
1 cup of watermelon
2 tablespoons of Kalot Superfood Fruit & Almond Butter with Dark Chocolate and Coconut
1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
*Ball or cut watermelon in bite sized pieces, then sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and top with Kalot Superfood & enjoy
Dark Chocolate Coconut Freezer Fudge
Melt 3 TB of coconut oil and whisk in 6 TB of Kalot Superfood Fruit & Almond Butter with Dark Chocolate and Coconut. Pour mixture into glass then place in freezer for at least an hour. Top with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries!
Blueberry Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Blend together, 1 cup of canned coconut milk, 1 generous spoonful of Kalot Superfood Fruit & Almond Butter with Blueberries, Cinnamon & Walnuts, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Place in the fridge overnight. Top with fresh blueberries just before eating.
