BLUEBERRY CINNAMON WALNUT BAKED APPLES
Cut off the top of the apple and the seeds.
Rub the outside with coconut oil.
Put KOLAT almond butter in the inside.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
NO BAKE CHERRY VANILLA ALMOND COOKIES
3 tbsp KOLAT cherry vanilla almond butter
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cherries
1/4 cup dried oats
pinch of salt
1/4 cup water
Pulse the first 5 ingredients adding the water slowly until the ingredients get sticky, add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for another minute.
Form the cookie shape with your hands. Lay cookies on parchment paper and refrigerate for up to a week.
DARK CHOCOLATE COCONUT STUFFED STRAWBERRIES
KOLAT dark chocolate coconut almond butter
vanilla bean greek yogurt
Use a melon baller to scoop out the top of the strawberry. Fill with dark chocolate coconut KOLAT and top with vanilla yogurt.
